Not only is the Farming Smarter Conference a prime opportunity to hear agronomy research updates, but it’s also a fantastic chance to support local 4-H clubs and take home a prize!
First, each day of the conference you will hear phenomenal young speakers from 4H clubs in southern Alberta. Be sure to listen intently and clap loudly for them.
Second, participate in the silent and online auction that brings the southern Alberta agriculture community together to fund its youth clubs. Each year, we partner with Perlich Bros. and 4-H to host a silent auction with items donated by multiple businesses connected to the industry.
It kicks off Wednesday, February 7 and runs until the last presentation of our event wraps up on Feb. 15. With nearly 50 items to choose from, we promise there’s something for you!
